Dickinson donates Steinway Spirio grand piano to ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø
Donna Dickinson recently donated a brand-new Steinway & Sons grand piano to Weatherford College, expanding on ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø’s status as an All-Steinway Institution. Dickinson made the gift in honor of her late mother, Patsy Davis.
The new Model M has Spirio technology, which turns the instrument into a high-resolution player piano, able to recreate performances from the world’s greatest pianists. ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø was the first community college to earn All-Steinway Spirio status.
Dickinson (pictured, right), a past recipient of the ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø Alumna of the Year Award, is pictured with ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø President Tod Allen Farmer, her daughter Taylor Price and her sister Cheryl Bullock.
