Transfer Transcript Review

Transfer credits will not be formally processed into Coyote Connect until the student has generated a ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø transcript which occurs after the census date of the first term of attendance at ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø. The student must request transfer credit be considered during their first semester of enrollment. This is not done automatically upon admission for classes. All admissions based programs (ie. nursing, rad tech, sonography, etc.) will complete this form at orientation and the department will submit to the Registrar's Office for processing. Requests received prior to registration will be shredded. Once applied, transfer courses can be viewed through their Coyote Connect portal under unofficial transcript and in course progress.
